What does a Certified Menopause Fitness Specialist do?
My role is to guide and empower midlife women through the unique changes of perimenopause and menopause. As a Certified Menopause Fitness Specialist, I help women train with their hormones, not against them. I implement a science-based, personalized approach built around six core pillars: hormone-intelligent strength training, mindset coaching, nutrition fundamentals, recovery, stress and cortisol management and strategic self-care.
There is no one-size-fits-all plan in this season — because hormones rewrite the rules. I don’t prescribe medical treatment or clinical nutrition plans; instead, I collaborate with trusted professionals when needed.
My work is focused on what’s in your control - movement, mindset, and sustainable habits - so you can build real strength, protect your metabolism, and feel confident, capable, and completely at home in your changing body.
